Hey I'm Charlotte

I'm a Chartered Physiotherapist with a passion for rehabilitation and wellbeing. I studied at Cardiff University and since graduating have worked at the rehabilitation centre for the Fire Fighters Charity in Devon, spent time in the NHS and most recently worked in Private Practise back here in Jersey. 

I have strong relationships with a number of consultants, GP's and Surgeons both on and off the island so will always ensure that my clients get all the care and support that they need.  I can help clients with injuries, long term niggles and also guide them through both their pre and post-operative journey. I treat a full range of injuries across the whole body and also have a particular interest in helping clients manage chronic conditions.

I integrate the use of the reformer into many of my sessions and also offer stand alone reformer sessions. I am qualified with APPI and DMA to teach Matwork Pilates and I am passionate about the difference that Pilates can make to your strength, mobility and wellbeing. 

I understand that the road to recovery can be a bumpy one but I am here to support and encourage you throughout. I will always have your best interests in the forefront of my mind and aim to keep you doing the things you love throughout the journey.

I am a qualified Equine Sports Massage Therapist (ESMT) and offer Equine Sports Massage and Rehabilitation at your own yard. I also do horse and rider assessments and rehab plans. Massage has so many benefits to our equine friends including increasing circulation, monitoring body changes, reducing pain and increasing mobility. It is a brilliant part of a positive maintenance plan to keep your horses at their best. I love nothing more than watching the horses react to their massage with big yawns, relaxed eyes and their ears moving taking in all sensations of the session.

I am HCPC Registered, a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the International Association of Animal Therapist (IAAT)

I am fully insured for both human and equine therapy

I have a range of payment options from self funding, block booking and insurance claims. I am covered by AXA, BUPA, Vitality, AVIVA, Cigna and many more insurers. If your insurer is not listed then please get in touch and I will look in to this for you.
